Africa’s Economic, Social, and Cultural Sectors
Sub-Saharan Francophone Africa is home to more than 400 million people, with a median age of 19.5, making it both a vast market and a dynamic workforce. Strengthening environmental cooperation across the region can accelerate the transition to a green economy while creating sustainable, circular-economy jobs.
In response to this opportunity, we launched E-Baraka as a diaspora-led initiative and hub for sustainable projects, initially established in Côte d’Ivoire before expanding to Mali, Niger, Chad, and Togo. What began as a project hub has evolved into an organization implementing programs focused on sustainable agriculture and waste management infrastructure, while promoting knowledge transfer and local capacity building.
