E-Baraka Chad

E-Baraka Chad is a non-profit organization that aims to promote sustainable development and peace in Chad. It operates under the direction of E-Baraka Austria. We work with local communities to identify development needs and opportunities, and to implement projects that address those needs.
Our values are solidarity, innovation, transparency, equity and responsibility.
We are convinced that sustainable development is the key to a better future for Chad. We believe that environmental protection, the reduction of inequalities, and the defense of human rights are fundamental principles for building a more just and prosperous society.
The engagement of young people in our initiatives will contribute to reducing political instability and building lasting peace in Chad.

• We promote strategic partnerships for the development of Chad, particularly in the fields of agriculture, livestock, education, and health. 
• We support sustainable development initiatives and the transition toward a sustainable and circular economy by promoting the use of local resources and reducing waste
• We foster  education and training for young Chadians, particularly in the fields of technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship
• We encourage the development of Chadian culture and innovation​ 

Thus, our actions are:
1) Develop training programs on the circular economy and climate change in Chadian universities, in partnership with international institutions;
2) Establish research partnerships between Chadian and foreign academic institutions to promote innovation and technological development;
3) Collaborate in the design and implementation of waste management infrastructure to reduce environmental impact and improve public health;
4) Create agroecological farms for local food production and processing to benefit rural communities and refugees; 3)Support initiatives led by young Chadians for the country’s development by promoting cooperation and the exchange of expertise.
